My name is Adrian Patton and my job title is "Employment Development Co-ordinator". I work for Adult Social Care (formerly known as Leeds Social Services) which is part of Leeds City Council.
I am part of a team of workers based in Stocks Hill Day Centre in Armley, in the west of Leeds. (Don't be misled by the term 'day centre' - Stocks Hill is about more than being "somewhere to go and someone to see". It is about supporting people to support themselves).
I am looking for partner organisations to work with or to refer people to the projects I am developing.
