The Big Gig
This was a hugely successful open mike that was held at De Lacey House in Kirkstall.
The line up for the afternoon and early evening featured the Dream Police from Stocks Hill Day Centre, a group of Bollywood dancers from Dosti, the De Lacey Band, Marian Small's troupe of drummers and a variety of individual singers, guitarists, poets and sundry other troubadours. We are hoping to put a small film onto YouTube shortly.
The purpose of the event was to highlight the talent within the mental health community.
